Cyrus Williams brings a strong financial and operational foundation to Topular through years of experience across accounting, property auditing, and corporate financial systems. A graduate of the University of West Georgia with a degree in Accounting and Business Management, Cyrus developed experience in financial reporting, operational accountability, and scalable financial processes across multiple industries.
His professional experience includes financial and accounting roles with organizations such as PulteGroup, HD Supply, and BlueLinx Corporation, where he supported accounts payable, corporate finance workflows, expense management, and operational systems. These experiences strengthened his ability to evaluate financial efficiency, maintain disciplined reporting structures, and support sustainable business growth.
Cyrus also gained direct real estate-related experience through his work as a Lease & Property Auditor, where he evaluated lease data, property documentation, and operational performance tied to real estate portfolios. That background provides useful context as Topular builds technology for professionals working with property information, analysis, Deal Rooms, and real estate workflows.
Since joining Topular in July 2024, Cyrus has contributed to financial planning, operational strategy, and long-term business infrastructure. As Chief Financial Officer, he supports budgeting, forecasting, SaaS economics, financial discipline, and strategic planning as Topular grows its software platform and customer base.
As Chief Financial Officer, Cyrus Williams helps support the financial infrastructure behind Topular’s long-term growth strategy. His responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, operational oversight, and evaluating the economics behind a scalable software business.
Cyrus also contributes to strategic planning, internal financial controls, and operational decision-making, helping ensure Topular grows with financial discipline as the company expands its software platform and customer base.
